A gentle 2-day, 1-night retreat designed to help you pause, realign, and reconnect with who you are beneath the noise of daily life. Set in Zenidra’s riverside sanctuary surrounded by mountains and nature, this journey invites you to move slowly, breathe deeply, and remember your natural state of calm. Over the course of the weekend, you’ll experience a curated flow of practices, Yin Restorative Yoga, Sound Meditation, Pranayama, Breathwork, Ice Bath, and mindful rituals, all intentionally designed to guide your mind and body into presence. Each session is beginner-friendly, nurturing, and rooted in authentic wellbeing traditions. What You’ll Experience: • Gentle arrival rituals to ground your energy • Yin Yoga and Yoga Calm to soften the body • Deep Sound Meditation using Tibetan singing bowls • Morning Pranayama and breath practices • Guided Breathwork + Ice Bath for awakening and clarity • Mindful plant-based dinner • Final integration circle by the river Every moment is crafted to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and step back into your life with more clarity, balance, and inner spaciousness.
