  • Zenidra is open year-round, and each season offers a different kind of beauty and rhythm.

The cool season (November to February) is the most popular, with crisp mornings, clear skies, and ideal weather for outdoor activities. It’s a wonderful time to enjoy riverside rituals and early morning yoga.

The hot season (March to May) can be intense, with daytime temperatures climbing high. However, our indoor spaces remain comfortably cool, and it’s the perfect time to embrace the revitalizing contrast of our sauna and ice bath ritual. If you enjoy quiet, this is also a more peaceful time with fewer crowds.

The rainy season (June to October) brings cooler air and lush, vibrant greenery. While weather can be unpredictable—especially in the afternoons—many guests find this season deeply calming and atmospheric. The rains bring out the beauty of the river and forest, and there’s a sense of stillness that complements inner work.

Whatever the season, we welcome you to arrive as you are and find what serves you best.

  • Sai Yok is known for its natural beauty and rich history. Nearby, you’ll find Sai Yok Noi Waterfall, the striking Lawa Cave, and peaceful stretches of the Khwae Noi River to explore by boat.

For those feeling adventurous, the river is perfect for rafting or stand-up paddleboarding, and we can help connect you with trusted local guides. The area also holds a layered history, with nearby bridges, railway paths, and museums that offer a window into the stories that shaped this region.

If you’re looking for stillness, there are local temples, forest trails, and riverside spots to simply sit, breathe, and take it all in.

Let us know what kind of experience you’re looking for—we’re happy to offer suggestions.

  • Potentially yes, with advance booking. We have regular wellness programs on weekends, while weekday sessions need to be reserved in advance. Experiences include sound meditation, breathwork, and our sauna and ice bath ritual. These are open to overnight guests and Day Pass visitors, depending on availability.

We recommend reaching out ahead of your visit so we can confirm the schedule and prepare something that supports your needs.

  • Though our property is located on the beautiful and peaceful Khwae Noi river, swimming isn’t always safe due to currents and changing water levels, especially during the rainy season. To offer a safe water experience, we’ve built a netted area in the river where you can relax and float gently. Additionally, there’s a natural saltwater swimming pool on-site, perfect for a refreshing dip any time. For a more active experience, you can also enjoy paddleboarding or a guided boat ride on the river.

  • Our founder trained in plant-based cooking at Le Cordon Bleu, and we will try our best to accommodate your dietary needs, whether you’re plant-based, gluten-free, have allergies, or follow a specific wellness diet. Take a look at our Dining page to explore the cuisines we offer, and just let us know about any requirements ahead of time. Our kitchen is dedicated to crafting meals that are nourishing and delicious.

  • Yes, we have reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property, and all major Thai mobile networks have coverage here. That said, you're more than welcome to keep your devices away, at least for part of your stay. We gently encourage a digital detox as part of the Zenidra experience.
